Eligible unused products may be returned when they are complete and in their original packaging.

To request a return, email service@fr-yoursite.com with:

• Your order number
• The reason for the request
• Photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Do not return an item before receiving return instructions. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable unless required by law.
